She helps medical device clients strengthen compliance, support audit readiness, and build a strong quality culture focused on safe and effective products. By combining regulatory knowledge with AI-supported tools for documentation, knowledge retrieval, and corrective-action tracking, she helps clients navigate quality and compliance with greater clarity and confidence.

Roma McKenzie-Campbell began her career as a Signal Engineer and later served in project management and senior project management roles on major transportation initiatives. With 24 years at the MBTA, she built extensive experience in planning, documentation, budgeting, contractor oversight, design, construction, and commissioning. She now brings that expertise into transportation-focused solutions, using intelligent systems and AI-supported workflows to improve tracking, reporting, approvals, and coordination across complex projects.

Dezyre Akins is a Chemical Engineer with a concentration in Biochemistry, four years of pharmaceutical industry experience, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. She has strong expertise in process optimization, safety, sustainability, and quality improvement. By pairing analytical problem-solving with AI-supported insights, she helps uncover smarter ways to improve efficiency, strengthen consistency, and enhance product quality.

Clifford Campbell is a mechanical engineer with more than twenty-five years of industry experience and deep expertise in diagnosing electrical contact issues in mechanical systems. He leads root cause analysis efforts that address material defects, design flaws, and operational stresses affecting reliability.
